I called on Jansen Roofing & Repair 2 years ago with a roof problem. Not only did they discover the problem and fix it but also inspected my roof with the insurance adjuster. I can't say enough great things about their guy, Gabe! Forward to this year when I had the roof inspected again. Significant hail damage was discovered. I didn't hesitate to call Jamie. They were great from beginning to end. She answered all my questions and concerns, helped me with decisions, updated me with progress, and helped with insurance coordination. I can't thank them enough!
Did a good job on the roof and followed up on other details (like reinstalling gutter guards) until the job was done satisfactorily. Also went outside the norm by taking down and reinstalling a couple of high-up shutters my wife wanted to repaint.

Eric with Jansen Roofing and Repair is top notch when it comes to coordinating a larger commercial roof replacement. He could not have been more helpful when it came to dealing with the insurance company for reimbursement, to coordinating the work crews, and, making sure the project was done in a timely manner.
